Please take a moment to read and respect the following policies before booking. They are in place to ensure a smooth,professional & respectful experience for everyone

• Please avoid last minute bookings

Bookings should be done a day or days / weeks before

• All payments are done with Mpesa or Ecocash only,no cash allowed. Ho pataloa ka Mpesa/Ecocash fela

• Appointments are confirmed with a R100 non-refundable deposit. No appointment will be considered without a booking fee.

• Kindly include all needed services while booking, so an appropriate amount of time will be allocated to you.

• Sets from previous nail-tech will not be refilled.

• We have a 15mins grace period, if you’re more than 15mins late we’ll have to cancel your appointment,being behind throws off our entire schedule so please be considerate & on time.

• Rescheduling/cancelling must be done 24hrs in advance.

•Working hours

Monday – Friday 8am-6pm

Saturdays – 9am-3pm

Sunday(on special occasions @ an extra R50,same applies to after/before working hours)

• Do not call before 8am and after 8pm.

Even if it’s emergency please don’t
